Workaround: use a Bluetooth keyboard. Workaround #1: Modify Keyboard Dispatch Settings
1. Open the Command Palette
2. Search for "Preferences: Open Settings (JSON)"
3. Add `"keyboard.dispatch": "keyCode"`
